Operational Conditions for Production Partnerships
By executing a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or remitting the initial retainer to PQRPRO Productions, LLC, the client agrees to these comprehensive Terms of Service. These terms dictate the execution of all production planning, filming, post-production editing, and associated creative deliverables.
PQRPRO Productions, LLC strives to complete production milestones according to the timelines specified in the SOW. Delivery dates are contingent upon timely client approvals, access to required locations, and receipt of necessary brand materials.
Clients are obligated to pay service fees as invoiced by PQRPRO Productions, LLC. Any approved third-party costs, such as location fees, talent, rentals, or platform-related distribution costs, are billed as outlined in the SOW. PQRPRO Productions, LLC is not liable for third-party billing errors outside our direct control.
Upon clearance of all outstanding invoices, the client retains ownership of finalized deliverables produced specifically for their project, as defined in the SOW. PQRPRO Productions, LLC retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary workflows, templates, and production systems.
Either party may terminate the partnership by providing written notice as defined in the client's SOW. Upon termination, PQRPRO Productions, LLC will stop active work, issue any final invoices, and deliver completed assets that have been paid for.
